Recently reported that a Chinese company called 100C claims that Apple copied one of the smart phones and use your design in the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S phones and possibly the iPhone 7 phones as well.
According to a recent report from the site Engadget, it seems that the Beijing Intellectual Property Office ruled in favor of 100C company, and asked Apple to stop selling the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S in China. But it seems that Apple has decided to appeal this ruling and this seems predictable given that Apple will not accept to be stopped selling smartphones latest in the largest market for smart phones globally.
This may cause many problems for Apple because of the adoption of the company on the same design iPhone 6 in the iPhone 6S current. We believe that Apple will be overthrown, judgment or a settlement of some kind with the 100C company.
